1. General

1.1 The website Woodsong.co.il (hereinafter: “the site”) is operated by Peter Isakovich (“owner” / “business”).
1.2 The site offers handmade musical instruments and accessories.
1.3 Using the website or making purchases implies full acceptance of these terms.
1.4 The website operates in Hebrew and English; both versions are legally binding.

2. Orders & Payment

2.1 Any person over the age of 18 may place an order.
2.2 Orders require filling out a contact form with name, email, shipping address, and order details.
2.3 Payment is processed exclusively via PayPal. Credit card payments are not handled directly by the site.
2.4 An order confirmation will be sent by email.

3. Shipping and Delivery

3.1 Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
3.2 Some items are handmade and may require additional production time before shipping.
3.3 Shipping is carried out via Registered Mail, ECO post, or express courier, depending on the destination (Israel or international).
3.4 Shipping costs are not included in product prices and are displayed on the product or checkout pages.
3.5 Customers may also collect their order in person from the studio in Rosh Pina, Israel, by scheduling in advance. No shipping fee will apply in that case.
3.6 For bulk orders or special deliveries, please contact us in advance at info@woodsong.co.il to coordinate shipping costs.
3.7 Final shipping charges will appear at checkout or be provided via email after direct communication.

4. Cancellations & Returns

4.1 Orders may be canceled within 14 days of receiving the product, as long as the product has not been used.
4.2 Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
4.3 A refund will be issued after product return and inspection.
4.4 Custom handmade orders cannot be canceled unless defective.

5. Product Warranty

5.1 All items are handmade and undergo strict quality control.
5.2 Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not include damage caused by improper use, moisture, drops, or breakage.

6. Privacy & Data Security

6.1 Personal data provided via contact forms or checkout is used solely for processing orders.
6.2 No marketing emails or newsletters are sent via the site.
6.3 The site is protected via HTTPS, and daily backups are performed.
6.4 Data is stored until a deletion request is submitted.
6.5 Payment information is not stored on the site and is handled securely by PayPal.

7. Cookies & Third-party Services

7.1 The site uses cookies for traffic analytics (Google Analytics), marketing tracking (Facebook Pixel), and embedded services (YouTube, Google Fonts, Google Maps).
7.2 A cookie notification banner is displayed on the site. No cookie preference management is available.
7.3 Users may delete cookies via their browser settings.
