Welcome to Woodsong, the harp center of the Galilee
Our Celtic harps, door harps, pregnancy harps, musical tables, wooden xylophones, marimbas and didgeridoos are all handcrafted in the Galilee, by Peter Isacowitz.
Hi, I’m Pete Isacowitz. Welcome to Woodsong, where I build a range of Celtic Harps, as well as a wide variety of handcrafted door harps, Pregnancy Harps (designed especially for pregnant women), didgeridoos (a traditional Aboriginal wind instrument), wooden xylophones, marimbas and musical tables (with built-in marimbas).
About woodsong
WOODSONG is my studio / workshop in the village of Rosh Pina, near the Sea of Galilee in Israel. It’s been a lifelong dream of mine to have a workshop, where I could make and sell the musical instruments that I build – Celtic Harps, pregnancy harps (for pregnant women), a wide range of door harps, didgeridoos, wooden xylophones, marimbas and musical tables.
Musical Workshops
I invite you to participate in a musical experience at my studio in Rosh Pina.
In these musical workshops, I play on and explain about the various instruments I build:
Celtic harps, Door Harps, Pregnancy Harps – an invention of mine inspired by my daughter’s first
pregnancy – marimbas, xylophones, kalimbas and didgeridoos.
For groups of up to 30 people.
Adults: 25 shekels Children under 12: 15 shekels
